Position Summary
We’re seeking Associate Mental Health Therapists (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC) to join our growing team in Bellevue.
As an Associate at Sanara Mental Health, you’ll receive supervision, mentorship, and professional development in a collaborative team setting. You’ll have the opportunity to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a hybrid schedule that blends in-office and telehealth sessions.
This role is ideal for emerging clinicians who are passionate about client care, eager to refine their skills, and excited to grow within a practice that values long-term development.
Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 clients per week
Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in-person and via telehealth
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide goal-focused interventions
Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in our EHR system
Participate in weekly individual supervision and group consultation meetings
Collaborate with Sanara’s clinical and operations teams to ensure quality care
Engage in continuing education and contribute to case consultations
Uphold Sanara’s mission of compassion, inclusivity, and clinical excellence
Requirements
Active Washington State Associate License (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC)
Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related mental health field
Completion of required supervision registration with the Department of Health
Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and client-centered care
Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
