In this hybrid position, you’ll provide individual, couples, and family therapy both in-person and via telehealth. You’ll collaborate with a team of clinicians and staff who share your passion for helping clients build resilience, find clarity, and experience healing.
Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy
Document all sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes within required timeframes
Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure continuity of care
Participate in weekly consultation meetings and monthly staff meetings (paid)
Engage in professional development and continuing education to stay current in best practices
Current Washington State license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW)
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (open to early-career clinicians)
Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11 diagnostic standards
Experience working with diverse populations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Commitment to maintaining ethical, compassionate, and inclusive care
$44 – $53 per hour
5% increase in pay rate for pay periods with 30+ client hours per week
